Cancellation / Prepayment

The customer at the time of delivery of the vehicle, must present the Voucher, his passport and driving license. If not, the service will not be executed and it will be considered as No Show.

When the voucher is sent, the client has a maximum of 1 week to make the payment, otherwise the reservations will be canceled to avoid blockages of spaces.

Whenever the voucher is sent:

• If the reservation is requested less than 15 days from the beginning of the rent, you must pay immediately to avoid penalties.

• Cancellations with more than 7 days or more in advance: Penalty of 1 day rent.

• Cancellations between 6 and 3 days in advance: Applies as penalty 3 days rents

• Cancellation with less than 72 hours: No refund is allowed (no refund of money).

• No Show: the Rent is penalized 100% according to the price of the category and range of confirmed days. No refund (No Show will be considered if the client does not show up for the collection of the car within 4 hours after the requested time at the rental points except for the airport where the car will be kept up to 24 hours).

Important: If the agency tells the customer to wait for the car for delivery and the client decides to leave, it is considered No Show, that is, there is no refund. If the client for reasons beyond the agency can not pick up the car, it is considered No Show and there is no refund for example: problems with passports and can not travel, problems with the driver's license or age, the flight is gone, Immigration problems or the customs of Cuba, or any other reason and do not manage to collect the car, it is considered No Show and no refund is made.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- CAR MODELS ARE NOT CONFIRMED, BUT CATEGORIES.

- The rent is calculated according to the total days of the rent, the rate of the current season that corresponds to the first day of rent. The rent is confirmed at a time and at the same time it is returned, if it is delivered later one additional day's rent is paid in Cuba. If you want an additional driver, the cost to pay in Cuba is the one agreed by the agency in Cuba (30cuc).

- In Cuba, CUC must pay for services such as: Pick up at the airport, 20 CUC is paid and insurance according to type of car. Gas is paid in CUC according to the price of fuel in Cuba, a full tank is delivered and it is delivered empty and the guarantee deposit is paid according to the category confirmed.

- Customers responsibility to carry their driver's license and passport, which is current and more than 1 year issued and over 21 years of age, if you do not meet these requirements you can not rent the car and no refund will be made.

In addition, when picking up the car you must pay an insurance of 20 CUC for each day of use of the car and a guarantee amount of 200 CUC, which will be refundable when you return the car, if you deliver it in the same conditions.
